COZY COUPLES MASSAGE CLASS

  • When:  Tuesdays, Ongoing, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
  • What:  Introduction to massage strokes and explanation of the basic fundamentals of massage.  Following that we will go hands on!  Each person will give and receive massage to the head, neck, shoulders, back and feet.  The class will end with a Q&A time, review contraindications and so on. Wear comfortable clothing, ready to relax with your partner. Guests are invited to arrive at the spa 30 minutes early for a complimentaryherbal tea or glass of wine if desired. Various scented massage oils will be available for home use if desired.
  •  Costs:  $129 per couple. 2 couples minimum, 4 couples maximum.

  AROMATHERAPY AWESOMENESS

  • When:  Wednesdays, ongoing, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
  • What: Introduction class on aromatherapy including history notes, interactive discussion, ideas for home and personal use, general guidelines and precautions. Participants will make 2-3 items such as a massage oil, room spray, carpet deodorizer, etc to take home.  Additional essential oils may be purchased after class if desired.
  • Costs:  $59 per student.  2 person minimum, 5 person maximum.  Classes not filled 24 hours in advance will be cancelled.

   ULTIMATE DO IT HERSELF FACIAL

  • When:  Thursday Evenings. Ongoing, from 4:30-5:45 p.m. 
  • What:  A one hour hands on class where we will talk skin care.  Come to class  ready to learn about various cleaners, masks, moisturizers, anti aging techniques, acne and much more.  Attendees will participate hands on, and apply each recommended product in recommended steps to achieve a full facial by themselves.  Recommendations for future skin care will be suggested but not pushed. Sanita’s Gourmet Skin Food will be used exclusively in the class, however attendees are welcome to bring and use their own products if they prefer. Come to class with clean, no make-up skin if possible, with hair tied back.
  • Products: Sanitas is a very reasonably priced, natural skin care line made locally in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. No parabens and yucky stuff! Smells amazing and works wonders.
  • Goals:  You will leave class with recommended products designed to target any specific areas of concern that you may have.  Feel confident in doing the ‘right steps’ in both daily care and weekly care to reach your desired goals. Students are warned that they may actually be too pretty for Summit County… and spa is not responsible for sudden modeling contracts and cat calls.
  • Costs:  Class is offered at $59 per person and includes all skin care products and utensils used in the class.  Minimum of 2 people, maximum of 5. Sanita’s products are available at a 10% discount the night of the class. Classed not filled will be cancelled 24 hours ahead of time. Private lesson is available for $79.
